Which flower or plant brings memories of your loved one, rushing back?

For me it is the beautiful Freesia, especially the blue.

Their fragrance and fragility sum up my loved one and I can't help but go back to those memories every time I see or smell them.

Do you have a favourite flower

/ fragrance that brings back memories?

my dad used to steal flowers from gardens for my mum on his way home from the pub.

all flowers remind me of mum & sister they were very keen gardeners. Yellow roses were our choice of flowers for all three funerals but they don’t have a scent to them. So it would have to be their perfume. I’ve been known to follow people that used the same scent as my daughter 🤦‍♀️

My husband loved growing vegetables especially herbs chilli's and tomatoes so these things remind me of him. When he died we placed a wreath on his coffin made of thes plants. It smelt lovely.

Rose's were a favourite of my mums. She loved all flowers though and always brought me some when visiting and arranged them for me beautifully.

My mother-in -law did that too Sandradsn

I've always wanted to be able to arrange flowers beautifully, but unfortunately, I just don't have the artistic flair needed :-(

My mom had a Camellia plant out front of her house when she was here, the flowers didn't have a scent but it sure was beautiful. The scent of Christmas trees makes me think of mom too, I absolutely love the smell of a fresh pine tree.

Camelias really are gorgeous Kathush so they are a lovely reminder of your Mom. Yes, I have to admit Christmas trees evoke many emotions in me too!
