Mothers day is a hard day for some. I am a mother so now for me it's good I get cards and gifts and extra attention. I have never had a mother so for alot of years it was a sad day and I have friends that have lost their mother and its sad for them so just wanted to acknowledge the day and the triggers or upsets the day can bring x

Yes it was a sad day,I miss my Mum.I would rather it wasn't a thing really.I didn't see my boys as they live miles away.Saw my daughter but she is going through a lot and is tearful most of the time.

I'm sorry your day was a painful one . These celebrated days are so shoved down our throats sometimes there's no ignoring them even if we try to what with TV adverts and displays in every shop window x
