I’m just feeling the grief from two deaths in my family more today than usual.

I was feeling a bit like this over Christmas but I dragged myself up again as our loved ones would hate to see us struggling.

How did you manage to drag yourself up?

didn`t want my hurt being visible to my kids I visited the graveyard and that helped and touching the only picture of my son and mum helped sort of felt like they guide me through the rough days.

I know this feeling so well. You just have to go with it knowing that the good days will return. Do what feels best for you. I always go for a long walk or a swim which helps me. A dark cinema crap tv a book if your able to take it in. You take care. We’re all here for you. Big hugs
