Even through our grief .....

I feel we must try to take care of ourselves and especially so this autumn/winter.

I am trying to make sure I have enough things to do for when I actually feel like doing them, so I will be looking out for small projects to keep my mind busy. can't knit and I have no talent for crafts sadly.

Even if I don't get around to doing them, I know they are there and that's a start, what about you? <3

I have future learn to get on with and job hunting and walks outside and self care for when things get too much.

Also staying away from the news and this morning as all they did was upset me.

I am feeling better today with regard to anger and resentment over covid and lost opportunities as I have had chance for a good cry and to talk about it and haven't felt like lashing out today like I nearly did on Friday at another poster who had said about being positive.

Perhaps I did need to be positive but when people are upset things like that can be perceived as an attack which had made me feel like lashing out and calling her a patronising bitch but I never did though!

Had an interview this morning and did my best and if i don't get it the world won't end!

You did exactly the right things by avoiding excess discussion on the matter Hidden this is something I have decided too. We'll get through the best we can <3

Well done for putting yourself 'out there' hoping it's the right position for you, we'll see <3

I find I'm at my best when i do things that are useful. Each Autumn & Winter I abandon my garden till just before spring. So this time i hope to keep visiting at the weekend when its too dark in the evening.

Evenings feels like a reflective time so maybe a little reading and reflection.

It's a time of rest isn't it? When nature goes to sleep.

I'm not so afraid of the outside winter weather since i bought myself some walking trousers and i am sure there will be some nice days.

Yes, I agree Greyone

Evenings outside can be relaxing and I'm sure you'll check on your garden at times, Do you grow from seed and propagate yourself? I used too and that takes time too, not so now a days though.

The winter trousers will be very handy for sure.<3
