I'm talking to myself again folks so don't worry!
Tomorrow I will take a short walk, the first in over 6weeks, my head feels like it's suffocating through lack of fresh air and the muscles in my legs feel like there wasting away.
I've read so much, I can't read another page! and I've had enough of crosswords and puzzles to. I can't garden because of the rain, now what?
Any suggestions gratefully received<3

I can understand that, Chloe. Felt this way when I had a broken leg.
I think fresh air and a bit of walking is a great idea, just be gentle with yourself. It takes time to adjust back and for the body to feel stronger after a period of staying in.
I'm sorry to hear it's raining. Here too.
Maybe some stretching or other gentle exercise might be refreshing. There are some yoga exercises on YouTube.
But it's not the same as actually being out and meeting with friends.
I hope you enjoy your walk tomorrow and that the weather improves.
