Today, I feel thankful for the negative periods in my life that have enabled me to use those experiences to help others in ways I would never have been able to, had I not gone through those gruelling times.

I have been very thankful for sharing experiences here and have benefited by being able to discuss such things more openly. Whilst I think there is much missing from professional help and support, being amongst fellow suffers is a very good balm.

There is a lot of professional help to be had from Therapists and Doctors Greyone our forum is for peer support from those who have or are, experiencing grief.
