Many years ago I had a miscarriage and it was one of the loneliest periods of my life. The feeling of loss and helplessness is overwhelming. Outsiders didn't view my miscarriage as a loss that justified grieving, and I found this was very hurtful.

If you feel like this or have felt this way in the past, please share here.
