Woke up this morning with this little beauty! I find warm salt water helps relieve the discomfort and numb the area until it heals, and the odd bag of salt and vinegar crisps! Nevermind after 20 years of mouth ulcers I suppose you get used to them! Keep smiling and enjoy the good days 😎
