Hi all, am new here and may have Behçet’s as other illnesses ie lupus etc negative. I have bit of a strange question, actually two!! I am a female.
1. Are general ulcers usually white?
2. This is strange one.....does anyone ever get stomach pain associated with the ulcers?
I usually get mouth ulcers in a flare but since flare last week have genital ulcer quite large and deep if u know what I mean! Joint pain, extreme fatigue..... am sure you all know how I feel. Struggle daily but hopefully can get right treatment once have diagnosis.
If anyone can answer my questions I would really appreciate it. I wish you all the best day you can have xx

My stomach always hurts when I get mouth and genital ulcers. I think I may be getting them in my stomach at the same time but just don't know for sure since you can't see them there.
Hi there, No1. Yes No2. Yes it's referral pain I think. For the giant problem down under I could suggest something I keep on hand always, when you go to pass water, keep a jug of water with you that you have dissolved Bicarb of Soda into (1Tbs per 1 Litre), rinse yourself with this then apply steroid cream. It helps me greatly. For fatigue - Power naps are essential 🌹 Hope you feel better soon and this flare passes
Hi thank you so much. I will do that, so appreciative that yourself and others responded to me. Feel very sad, scared and lonely. Wishing everyone a happy day❤️
Be strong and hang in there, i'm sorry I could not reply earlier due to time zones. This disease is truly testing our patience. However I found this group so supportive since I have joined and always found answer's and help when needing to deal with issues. x
My emotions are so all over the place with pain and symptoms I don’t even know what I am doing at the moment. Getting through the day feels like such a struggle. My GP referring me to counselling as struggling now. I am trying to be stronger but really is a bad week emotionally for me.
Am so appreciative of all on here, don’t feel so lonely ❤️
Counseling is always good xx I have found it helps alot especially just after diagnosis and coming to terms with the realisation that our bodies are now rebeling. Well let's rebel back. Remeber nothing better than a kick but attitude, don't waste time with loved ones or special people in your life. Slot them into your week and keep going. Make plan for taking your life back with your therapist. He/she will guide you without pressure my dear. You can do this🌸🌸
