I know your pain been there since 1995 from auto accident and working in an emergency room for many years. I suffer from Chronic pain,depression,anxiety,high blood pressure unstable,had a heart attack,high cholesterol and the worse is sleep deprivation. I hope you have a pain management Doctor. As far as herpesvirus there is medicine to lessen outbreaks. Stress increases your out breaks. However I would like to just say I will be praying for you to find good answers and help plus some relief. God bless
