London support group social event for July

Hi everyone I am planning a social event for the London group sometime in July I would like some feedback as to what people would like to do.

Here are four of my ideas:

Ten Pin Bowling

Picnic at St James park

An afternoon at Royal Festival Hall Southbank great venue lots of comfy seats cafes and bars lots of things to see. Sit outside by the river and watch the world go by.

Go to West end have a beer or two.

Hi what a good idea. I'm afraid ten pin bowling or a picnic is a no no for me with my mobility problems. South bank sounds good or West end even better (transport wise). I'm sure others will come up with more ideas. I'll keep an eye out!! ,

Don't forget they have ramps available to help with the bowling, if needed.

The London group July Meeting will be on Thursday the 17th of July from 2.30 at the Royal Festival Hall Southbank.

This is a great venue and has wheelchair access and even a lift it coming across the bridge from Charing cross station.Lots of comfy sofas and chairs lots of places to eat and drink and you are allowed to bring your own food and drink if you want.

If its a nice day we can sit outside and over look the Thames and watch the world go by.

Don't forget this is a informal meeting more a meet and chat and a beer or cup of tea.
