I have just left a message to Mother of 4 about our 11 year old daughter and her BD. please read it.

I also thought the medication was worse than the disease itself this year. BUT infliximab has helped so much. She still will have stays in hospital but not nearly as long or as frequent. The Infliximab too 3 months to work but when it did her uveitis and pressure were fine in a week. Amazing. It isn't the best thing to see your child go through as the IV treatment takes a toll but within a few days she looks so much better. We all have our lives back.
