Yeah it does look like it! Almost identical to mine, try not to worry you will be okay
This could be consistent with genital herpes, the very early vesicle stage - however you dont give us information about symptoms, duration of the skin changes etc. You should attend a sexual health service for assessment and possibly medication . Information on herpes here : herpes.org.uk/
this is a treatable manageable condition.
