Missed pill and no period. Pregnant or not?

Hello I have been on the Desogestrel for 4 years. A few weeks ago my prescription was not ready in time leaving me without any pills for about a week. Normally as soon as I miss 2 days I start a period this time I have had no period. I had a few cramps feeling like I was going to start my period but it never did. I did not have intercourse when I had no pills but maybe did a few days before I had run out.

Hope this makes sense

Thank you in advance

It is possible to have a amount of time off the POP before a period recommences. You should have still been covered for the sex on POP, if unsure do a pregnancy test.
