Hi Nikita,

What type of coil was it?

If you were born in 1974, then you must be 46 years old. So if you've not had a period since May 2020 (i.e. three months ago) it could be secondary amenorrhoea from:

- Early menopause

- Unplanned pregnancy

- Side-effects of medications

- Excessive changes in weight (either loss or gain)

- Stress/anxiety/depression

- Hormonal/endocrine disorders (hypothyroidism, etc)

I suggest you see your GP to discuss this and have it further investigated.
