I had to have an abortion due to personal reasons, but I had it on Tuesday and now it’s Saturday and I have the worst ever belly cramps and pains Ever whats does that mean? And what can I do about it?

Bless you love I'd say the same may be see your doctor lovd, to check your ok down there, for any infection ect . You can use a hot water bottle to ease the cramps and pain. Try taking some feminex express tablets these help with cramps with period pain, you can buy them in most chemists.

I would call the clinic where you went tomorrow morning unless they have an emergency number you can call today? Take painkillers in the meantime. Hope you're better soon.

To be honest it has been less than a week. I would say that it is normal to be feeling uncomfortable..your body has been through a traumatic experience and it needs time to heal. I would just take painkillers and rest as much as you can. If the pain gets worse then definitely ring somewhere for advice and assistance.
