Merena coil

Hi, I’ve had the merena coil nearly 2 months now. I’ve had a lot of pain / discomfort, however I’m still preserving whether to keep it in or take it out.

I’ve also noticed a fair bit of weight gain, haa anyone else gained weight on the merena?

Go back to the clinic that fitted it and ask them to check the placement is correct as that could be causing the pain.

I’ve had it checked twice so far already. They just said the threads are longer
