On 21 day b/c pills, had period whilst taking them and now it's the end of the packet. Do i start a new pack or have a week off ?

I'm on Levest 21 day birth control pills and have been on them for 1 year and 6 months. I then had about 2 weeks off of them and have completed a month of the new packet.

I have had 2 weeks maybe a little more than that of bleeding but now I've finished the monthly packet without missing any.

Do I carry on taking them by starting a new pack as I've already "had my period" or do I leave the week off of them and start a new pack as I would normally?

I usually have regular periods but not recently as I may have messed up my body's pattern by missing 2 weeks and starting again
