Any ideas if I have some type of infection?

I have only ever had sex with one guy and we have had sex un protected a few times and it can hurt to pee after sex it's a buring sensation and then after that I can't have sex after as it just hurts

Also I have noticed my discharge has become a yellow / grey colour

Hi, this could be a symptom of Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea. Find out where you can get tested for this in your area and definitely get a test done to check.

Discharge that is yellow or grey is definitely your body showing signs of infection, you should go get tested to fight the infection and ask your partner to be tested also.
