I had unprotected sex with a stranger 10 tens ago. Now I feel burning sensation on my penis and anal after pooing and peeing. Is this feeling related to my sexual behaviors?

Is it still too early to go and get tested of STD(I)?

I would say to go to a sexual health clinic and get tested for everything, even just to put your mind at ease

No point in worrying. Go and get checked out. And use protection in any sexual encounter until you get your test results.

Now I feel nothing. But I will make sure to get tested after some weeks passed. I think now is in the window period.

Agree with both other posters. 10 days is sufficient for modern DNA testing in a sexual health clinic. Blood tests 45 days syphilis / HIV/Hepatitis

No it's not too early... you must go and get tested. You can pick up anything through unprotected sex. ... like aids! In between time you can pass whatever you have on to other people.
