What else is there for thrush except canesten?

It's literally just dawned on me that the only thrush medicine i've ever been prescribed or seen (except for pro skins candida which worked) is canesten. Are there any other ones? - just out of interest. Interested to hear your views.

Hi caneston is very expensive go for FLUCONAZOLE it's one tablet you swallow, this should clear the thrush, within 24 hours, it's very good but I sometimes need 2 !!

You need to shop around as not every chemist sells this make, for one tablet it's £5 or cheaper on Amazon !!

I got prescribed a cream called clotrimazole cream 1% as well as a vaginal tablet of the same thing (clotrimazole 500mg), cream is twice for 2 weeks and the vaginal tablet is a one time thing and they've worked WONDERS! I'm taking antibiotics for chlamydia so doc said thrush could flare but these have helped keep it at bay once I noticed it!
