Iam 25 year old unmarried guy from many years iam doing Masturbation(some times by hand and some time on pillow and some time with oil massage with hand) so iam getting spurm very early,in 5-6 shakes get spurm.so I cant do enjoye.and also after that Iam getting pain upper thi joints wains..

and also whenever I think littile bit abt sex then loosing spurm..

so plz can any one tell me how to do long time and getback from joint pain and loosing spurm without sex?

I would advise a gentle touch to stimulate yourself and not onto a pillow. You will need to retrain yourself. It may be worth going to see a doctor who specialises in erectile dysfunction. You will find them at most large sexual health clinics .
