hello,

i live in a new area. My friends seem to have moved on from when I was near them, and no longer want to talk.

struggling a lot, don’t have many people to talk too in my life.

I live alone, and I have just been signed off from work for a few weeks as I was taken to hospital because my MH got really bad.

i know there’s Samaritans, and lots of call services.

I would generally like to have the ability/ opportunity to make friends though ?

Any advice?

Thank you ! 😊

Hi,

I literally just came on here to post the same thing.

I don't have any friends and I'm struggling right now as I have an injury. Right now I'm trying the Bumble For Friends app. I've struck up a few conversations with people. Not hit gold yet but it's worth a shot.

I'm here if you need anyone to talk to.

Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way.

You’re not alone. So many of us feel this way especially when navigating disability.

I have found joining local support like Spectrum Support in my case helps massively. Also attending carer forums helps.

Easier said than done but take each day as it comes.
