Many of us cope with urgency, sometimes both bladder and bowels. It can be worth considering Pelvic Floor Exercises..this applies to both men and women.

That’s a really good piece of advice. These exercises can be done fully clothed and with company, without anyone knowing. As long as you don’t grunt and manage to control the strange smile!!
