New online community for SCA14 and SPG7

RareConnect is a place where rare disease patients can connect with others globally and share trusted information with one another in a safe environment. EURORDIS (European Organization for Rare Diseases) have recently created online communities for SCA14 and SPG7 on RareConnect.
