You are welcome. Sorry for replying late, I am out of intenet recently. Here are my answers:
Did you noticed any improvement since you started to take it? About how long are you taking the trehalose?
I haven't noticed any improvement yet, the general health conditions (including the walking balance ) are deteriorating. But I guess the rate of deteriorating is not as fast,so I still stick to it. Until now,I have taken trehalose continually for almost 8 month.
Could you notice certain effects of the Niagen and certain effects of the Mannitol Trehalose?
I guess I go to toilet less at night since I take Niagen (following a good sugesstion in HealthUnlocked).
Any side effects of Mannitol or trehalose?
The only side effect of trehalose is that you may get a little diarrhea when you have too much in one serving (for me, it is 2 spoons, but I guess it's different for another person).
I take Niagen (2/3 per day). I feel like they work but it s hard to know. I have Trehalose but I've gotten out of the habit of taking it. I'll start again. Have you read Sunvox's post? healthunlocked.com/ataxia-u...
I take Niagen (2) and trehahose, periodically. I also exercise and yoga almost daily. I have noticed an increase in energy and my balance seems better. I also take b1 and ubiquinol.
I don’t take it daily....usually a tablespoon every other day. I usually take it in my coffee with breakfast and noticed no side effects. Exercise I believe is extremely important. 😊
Everyone is very different. I have tried all but unfortunately you do not know if they help?? Trehalose definitely upset me so now I take Mannittol. Niagen is expensive and it does not help me (I do not think). Some swear by it though x
No but very much interested to have feedback from forum as soon gona start trehalose in my regimen.
Further as far reading comments from other post for trehalose, it is only effecting delaying the symptoms nothing else! and as for side effects normally people reported the stomach disturbed.
