Many folks on the Parkinson's forum know of Simon's blog and the Parkinson's community is lucky to have such a great teacher and researcher who brings the science down to an interesting understandable level. In any case Simon wrote an excellent article on Trehalose
One thing I learned is that there is a group of researchers working on a synthetic version of Trehalose that is close to human trials and would not require a lifetime of injections. Great news!

I'm still 'encouraging' my husband to use Trehalose in his coffee and I swear it has helped.....can third party's experience a placebo effect 😁 Really hopeful this is proven to be helpful soon.
Same here Stanleyclan My husband has also been taking Trehalose in his tea and coffee for several weeks now and I'm also convinced it has helped. However, he's also been having Chinese massage sessions and started taking NAD+ so any improvement could be down to one or the other of these or, indeed, a combination of all 3!
Tui Na is Chinese massage. It's very gentle. Perhaps you could Google it. We're just getting ready to go for a session shortly so will get back to you later about the NAD+ 😊
