went for the assessment for, is it ESA? and I was turned down, and received, like another member here.... ZERO points. I did appeal, and the decision came thru yesterday.... they are sticking to there original decision. I am taking it to the next level, a tribunal, as I do feel I was treated unfairly by the person who was doing it. think i have said before, my assessment was in the afternoon, when my medication (muscle relaxants/paracetamol) had well and truly kicked in, and so I was able to walk further than I could, say first thing, or late at night. had been told off numerous good folk on here, "treat the questions as if you are having a bad day", that is all well and good, but every day is the same for me. I am one of those people, and always have, that if am asked to do something like climb a mountain, I will struggle thru the pain it causes, and DO it, no matter what, which to me is a positive thing, if there were more people who make things happen, instead of just "moaning", call it being very stubborn if you will..... Now I slightly understand why certain folk tell porkies, as having been thru PIP twice, and ESA once, I am getting no where fast
now wheres the landlord, he is meant to cut the grass, as I can not
