what happens next??????

A few days ago, I wrote that my Tribunal for work capability was being heard, well I have just got the decision, and it was good news, I went from 0 points at my assessment, to 15 points. So the decision was reversed in my favour. My question is what happens next, and how will it (if any) affect my PIP application and assessment I had a couple of weeks ago? Anyone ???

fROM HERE on IT SHOULD BE FAVOURABLE, POSITIVE...DEPENDING on your work position I cannot comment, but should get itself sorted, with a backpay, the PIP from the day of applicat. of your appeal, depending on severity of ataxia possible motability car...Great news...over all

PIP no longer back date claims they will take it from the actual new interview that you have, but you will only get any payment from the day that they decide they will pay it to you. My example is from interview to letter took 8 weeks and it was only from the date on the letter that I received PIP.

I didn't fight it as I was still in a battle with ESA so if you want to then do and let me know, I could only go by the letters that they kept sending me to say they were sorry for the amount of time it was taking to access my claim and then when they accepted it at the time I did question everything but they said that the point in time was their decision.

Don't quote me a court of law, something to fight, maybe! I understood the logic, but is it lawful to put someone off before you make a decision? We could delay everything to save our self money so actually ignore me and if you are in this position then fight!

Hi Peter, you already know what I am going to say. I did say it against another post. But, it is a good benefit to get as it really is free and the money does help. At the moment you can get it up until 64 and I am still checking out why only until then, but whatever other benefit you will not lose it, You will have to go through their own assessment and they use their own doctor and medical people.

I think you are both getting what I said, I did NOT go to court for a PIP tribunal, but what is called a UC50,. Its a totally different beast. What I did say, was I have applied for pip, and just had the PIP assessment, last week. I was asking if anyone knew how this UC 50 appeal may affect the PIP assessment I had a week ago
