Ataxia is so unpredictable

I have not been to bad this week. I have had a few ups and downs but got by.

I went into town today and my Ataxia slowly hit me. It took me ages to get back to my car and now I am spending the day on the couch watching tv.

I hate having Ataxia.

Driving - what's that? I gave up about 2 years ago.

Yes ataxia is a swine but we do what we can when we can - without doing too much - as it affects following day!

I find i try & sleep for as long as i can at night (10/11 hours) & that helps during the next day. I try not to sleep during daytime as this disrupts my nightime.

Ataxia sucks. Resting watching TV should help though. Try not to let it get you down.

Keep smiling x

Dear KiwiBob, I have a system that seems to work for me. If I over-do one day

(go anywhere/ do anything), I totally rest the next. I think everyone feels the way you do about having ataxia, as I know I do...,ha! Just do the best you can! Take care...,;o)
