On Ataxia UK website....

In order to promote understanding and awareness of ataxia we are intending to send copies of the 2015 ‘Ataxia Laid Bare' calendars to local MP’s. These will have most effect if they are sent in the name of local constituents. To get us to send a calendar in your name, all you have to do is email us a scanned version of your signature as well as your address, which we will use to sign the letter to your MP – a copy of which you can see above.

If you don't have access to a scanner, just send us your signature on a piece of paper with your address in the post to Ataxia UK, Lincoln House, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London SW9 6DE.

We will be encouraging MP’s to spread awareness of ataxia by hanging up the calendars, Tweeting about them and generally highlighting the condition to their constituents.

To get involved, send in your information to communications@ataxia.org.uk

No personal information will be saved or used for any other purpose. We will destroy the signature after its intended use.

The email address to send your scanned signature to is communications@ataxia.org.uk, NOT communications@ataxia.org.uk as I had originally typed.

I apologise for any confusion

All done and dusted :-)
