ESA appeal

Hi everyone.....its going to a bit cheery for me at last.

I had my second tribunal hearing, in 5 years, in September this year.....which I lost.

I sought help and after a few letters exchanged, I thought it a lost cause as they were sticking by their verdict of taking all my high points off me (down to 0) and finding me fit for work.

My MP got involved and I drafted an 8 page letter (by copying & pasting extracts from legal stuff).

It did the trick as they sent me a letter saying that I now have permission to appeal to the upper tier tribunal!

I'd just like to say no matter what.....don't ever lose hope and faith.

Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year..
