Quite interesting
I`ve got exercise bands connected to each corner of my hospital bed so that I can exercssie my arms, I have to wear a special glove on my hands as I can`t grip properly, the physio` is pleased with them. Some of the exerciserse also are for the stomach (I don`t do many yet as the arms are weak - but I`m getting there)
Physio`s now come twice a week to my home and another one (can`t remember what her title is ) comes once a fortnight to work on the leg muscles - so they don`t go....whatever she said they go, can`t remember, and that is hard work, sweat like heck doing them things.
Keep telling me to lose weight - easier said than done - I lost three stone when I was rushed into hospital in July from 18 stone to just under 15 in approx 5 to 7 days
And they still complain
It`s a funny old world.
See my neurologist this week - Friday 0945 Professor Chinnery at the RVI Hospital Newcastle, ambulance all arranged (not a proper ambulncae), one of those transport pick you up thingy ones. Not to many questions I hope my memorys not that good these days, as a matter of fact it`s hopeless
Not to woyrr though, tme for a nice drink of hotmilky horliks.
Oh John, also trying to lose weight! Join the club with the memory problem! Before you go
to the RVI, make a list and stand your ground. (did you like that?). xB
Quite interesting, thank you
Thank you Harriet, it was really interesting and it confirms my own thinking. xB
