Hiya! I too have many, many nights like yours, It's awful isn't it! By the end of the day I cant wait to go to bed, by the end of the night I cant wait to get out of it!

Hi I similarly had a terrible night the other night was up & down all the time, didn't get to sleep until 6am. Next night had a hot bath before bed + took my ropinerole so my legs were better & I did sleep which was a relief.

I had a look at the Restless legs site on Health Unlocked to see if there was anything on that could help unfortunately there doesn't seem much other than change diet etc. but am prepared to try anything.

Not any consolation to you at all but hopefully knowing that you are not alone may help.

Hi John-H!

Isn't it bliss when you do get a solid nights sleep? At one time I could guarantee not to move once

I'd gone to sleep, not any more. I usually end up restlessly tangling with the duvet, then have to

get up to open the windows further. Restless twitchy legs are a right pain! xB

Hello wobblybee,

I`m hopping for a better night tonight, at least the rain has cooled the air down a bit. I`ve been sitting in my wheelchair at the front door watching it. I do love a good storm - even thoug there was no lightning or thunder. I did like a good storm at sea :-)

Back in my bedroom now having had my tablets and ready for next lot at 21.00 (9pm).

See my consultant Professorr Chinnery next month and I`ve just realised the date.

Friday the 13th :-O

Not that I believe in omens or that rubbish.................................but, well, not one to tempt fate :-)

I`ve given up correcting the typing errors, takes to long, so I`ve yiled to the fingers, they`ve won the battle and war.

Here`s to a good sleep and no aching or cramps .

Hi John-H! So glad you were entertained by the storm, you must have a very strong stomach to have enjoyed them at sea! Re Fri 13th - you'll be fine, it's the 6th you

would have to worry about, that's my volunteer day at the Ataxia Centre! Fingers

crossed for a sound sleep.xB

Hi all, I know this sounds too simple but I found that eating a banana a day keeps the cramps away!! I haven't had them since I started doing this after my Dad told me, bless him! :)
