still coughing

Hi everyone I posted recently about Monteklast which helped at night with coughing but still coughing in day and I won’t be staying on it because of side effects.

Wednesday I had a chest X ray and my Doctor phoned last night and now I have to have a CT scan as they have found a 13 mm nodule in my right lung.

I had a CT scan last August and still have the letter saying No Lung cancer present however they are calling this nodule sinister.

I am hoping that it is scarring from all the coughing I have been doing.

So fingers crossed

I had 2 nodules, monitored for 6 months and then they disappeared.Hope they disappear .It is anxiety provoking .Best Wishes
