respiratory physio

Thanks everyone for responding to my message. I had my appointment this morning and my anxiety was totally unnecessary. The Physio spent an hour going over my condition and demonstrated different breathing techniques and making a management plan. I came away with an aerobika to use in addition to my nebuliser which I use 4 x daily. I’m usually quite laid back and rarely get so anxious but the CT scan that confirmed my Bronchiectasis also found an abdominal tumour and I’ve developed an aversion to appointments even though I seem to live at hospitals these days !! Thanks again

It’s great to see you have trust in the Physio, that’s half the battle. It may take time but the result will be worth it.

Best wishes BERNARDINE 😍😻

Now you know the Physio is about whats best for you and it is needed along with other treatments to keep you as well as possible. They want to know what you can do not what you can't. Glad you got over your anxiety. You should get a copy of their report on how you & your health were on the day. Enjoy your day.
