Thankyou everyone I tried to get that sulphate paste as a few suggested daughter wrote the name down saw a pharmacy person and she said that was another item that all pharmacy are struggling to get so I've cut a big bit off plaster and put thin lay off toothpaste on early on taday when daughter looked at me back she thinks it might be starting to come to a head but it's like cluster off a few in one big one I'm realy peeved off about it cause its my birthday taday 63 years young I wish plus I'm going with daughter on Wednesday to blackpool come home Friday so I just don't want ta be miserable thankyou everyone for being so patient with my grumbles

When lots of boils form together it's called a carbuncle. People who have a carbuncle often feel unwell in general and may experience a fever and chills.

While boils can go away on their own, medical treatment can help them heal faster and relieve pain. A doctor may:

Open the boil to drain pus and wound secretions

Prescribe antibiotics, either orally or applied to the skin

Recommend antibacterial soaps for daily cleaning

Drain large or deep carbuncles with a scalpel or needle
