Inhalers can make a mouth dry. After you have taken them do you gargle as well as rinse and spit ?
Are you drinking enough clear fluids through the day ? If not then you could increase the amount you drink and that may make a difference, especially in this dry warmer weather.
I rinse after inhaler but it's not possible all the time eg if your out shopping etc. I find if I buy a small hard sweet to suck on this helps.asked at chemist one time for something for dry mouth and was advised to get a packet of boiled sweets. Hope this helps.
Yes I do and, in addition to all the gargle and drink ideas above, I use Oralieve gel for dry mouth. Particularly during the night when my mouth gets dry enough to wake me up at times. My GP has also prescribed an artificial saliva in the past
However, I am on supplemental oxygen as well as trimbow and ventolin. So, a lot of things drying up the airways. Not on nocturnal oxygen yet
