My doctor has taken me off spiriva as it wasn't helping my breathing in any way.

I now use Duaklir Genuair which does help my breathing and also helps my chest from feeling tight.

I hope this helps you. Maybe you could suggest a change to your doctor.

Is that the powder one? I was on that before Trimbow and found that the device became blocked and useless before it was empty.
