Hello Fusco, when did you last see a doctor?

If you are still without breath with that long list of medication, you need professional advice. Maybe they will add something temporary, like antibiotics or steroid injections.

My schedule in bad days: 4 times a day nebuliser with saline plus ventolin plus corticoids , and after 2 hours the regular inhalers.

Good Luck.. You have to stay determined to keep treating. No one else will do it for you. Sometimes you have to use nebulizer 3x a day. Keep coughing up the crud. Not familiar with pleurisy and its treatment.
