have you ever had i presume its your nose,, caterised,, as it can bleed bad,, the op is easy peasie,, its the veins in the nostrils what grow very fast and they put you to sleep, via the nose and burn them,, my daughter had it done,, and home after,,

Well we can't diagnose here, we are not medical, but I will say that if that happened to me as in your picture I would think it was a burst blood vessel in the nose. You should definitely get it checked but try not to worry as the likelihood is that it's not serious. (And if by any chance it is serious, you will benefit by going earlier rather than later.)
