Hi, I did try it but didn’t find it as good for me as Incruse Elliptica and Duo Resp Spiromax. Certainly worth a try as we all respond differently to medications

Hi, I have been using Trelegy for about 18 months and for me it has been the best I have used, and since I have used it I have hardly touched my Ventolin which had previously relied on a lot. Try it and see how it goes, you can always change back. But hopefully it will be good for yountoo

I’ve used Trelegy Ellipta for more than a year and it’s worked brilliantly - I don’t know whether this is the same, but it’s an inhalation powder containing Fluticasone Furoate/Umeclidinium vilanterol. Hope this helps.

It’s been a godsend, only once a day, one less inhaler to think about

my housemate’s COPD is worse than mine. Her doctor put her on it a bit over a year ago. It successfully replaced 4 daily nebulizer treatments and rarely needs. Her rescue inhaler.

been taking it for over 2 years, love it, just one puff a day… rinse mouth well and keep your tongue out of the way when inhaling.

Hi,

Hi, yes I tried it some years ago, it worked for me for a while after changing from Seretide etc. However when my conditioned worsened it didn’t work so well and was changed to Incruse and Relvar.

Could you try it to see if it helps ?

I have been on it for a couple of years now, but to be honest, I find it difficult to say whether it is amazing or not! There were certainly no great changes when I started it, but I have tried a couple of others and they are useless (for me). All the medics say it is the best inhaler I could be on so ........ One downside i have found is that it requires a good inhalation which I have found difficult during exacerbation or, as at the moment, with a bad back! Give it a try for a few months, you can always go back! Good luck xx

I've been on it for quite a while now, much better than the 2 inhalers and Ventolin, just remember to swill your mouth with water after using

We're all different bobbyfloyd, what is fantastic for many can be dodgy for a few.

I recall being horrified that Seretide was changed to Sirdupla which was awful for me. I tried for 3 months and lovely respiratory nurse changed it to Fostair which has been utterly brilliant and very rarely need ventolin plus a huge improvement in skin.

Try it for a few weeks to see.

My husbands been on it for a good few years now, and it works well for him Reading the other replies it seems it’s great for some and not so good for others so I’d advise you to try it , hubbys tried quite a few over the years before settling on this one

Again we are all different, one can only try treatments to find out what suits them 🌹
