Hi folks. Phew.. 😤 im Knackered.. After continuous phone calls to dr.. Blood tests.. Heart monitor. I. Being sent for 72hr. Fast in hospital.. To check for insoloma. Frightened but hopefully find out whats going on. Morning glucose drops especially after even just opening up house. Im trying to eat.. Get sick of looking at food. No appetite but heighened sense of smell. Continuing high. Pulse rate of. 110 raising to 120..130... I eat then crash out. So fatiqued i sit on sofa till after 12 to get pulled together. Such a struggle.. Thankfully the suicidal thoughts that started after Flucanazole have lifted. Its weird.. I feel better in the afternoons.. And early eve. But i open fridge.. Look in and feel sick at. Thought of what am I going to eat. Have tried fruit.. Juice.. Etc just makes my acid start. I've never been a sugary type of person always loads veggies.. Occasionall strawberry tart. My weight has gone up as im always aware of the feeling of going into hypo., im not diabetic. And although bronchiectasis and asthma am usually able to get things done.. Cant read much. Now as vision blurry and total loss of concentration... And words... Hopefully hosp can find out whats going on. It definitely started after 1st Pheizer but has exacerbated sjnce the change of my Flixotide Accuhaler dosage being put up.. Then down agai. Because it gave me thrush.. Thats when they prescribed Fluconazole... 1 bloody capsule then 2cd Pheizer has caused all this havoc.....margarita and the woofs

Gosh sounds awful like your blood sugars going manic then awal!

I’m fine on fluconazole and need it now and again due to thrush from inhalers .

I think caution is needed with any heart or glucose irregularity.

I hope everything settles down soon and you get regular blood glucose level testing until you are back to yourself again. Cx

I hope they can get to the bottom of this- and soon. Lots of good wishes .xxxx

Sounds like you need properly looking at Margarita, full medical / bloods etc

Hope something is done for you very soon so that things come more into balance and you will begin to feel better.

Best wishes and feel better soon.

Have you been referred to a dietitian yet? They might be able to help you work out the best foods to eat considering your situation and taste. There are more savoury foods that can boost intake, such as cheese, peanut butter, marmite soldiers. The dietitian may also be able to prescribe you savoury fortified drinks too. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks ergondi.. Been at dietician 2 yrs ago.. Truthfully.. basic info given as I was reactive asymtomatic hypoglycaemia..

Medication changes even manufacture can start me off. Im also allergic to adrenalin.. So obviously if im stressed adrenalin starts pumping..

Breathing exercises.. Cutting back on meds... Is what im trying until iget into hospital.. Sugary drinks like smoothies makeme feel sick.. Will keep posting as i go along.. X

You should be able to go back to the dietitian. High protein drinks do come in savoury flavours as well as sweet. You can also add Complan to your favourite soup - visit complan.com/recipes/light-m...
