I have emphysema & copd, I don't feel well, and when I am trying to breathe, I sweat badly. What is going on.

Its happened to me on numerous occasions. Doc told me to have close by a fan. Blow on to face and cools you down and aides breathing. Works for me

Maybe you are a little dehydrated when this happens. I get very hot spasms when I’ve had little to drink. The hotter I get the more breathless I get. I have 20% lung function so every breath is precious. Good luck and I hope you can control it soon

I have terrible hot flushes, not like you, but i use a fan to help. No one knows why i get them....nothing to do with menapause, had those but were different. Fans really do help, so give it a go. Love the picture of your dog, what a sweetie.
