Can you tell me please if anyone has taken Lungwort Complex to help if you have COPD, If you have does it help with being breathless. I've seen lots of adverts online claiming it does. Thank you, hope you've all enjoyed the Bank holiday.

I have been taking it for 10 days. I have noticed no improvement . I will finish the month and update here

I was told that my COPD was mild.
I started using the lungwort complex a couple of months ago when I had what I believe to be the Covid-19 virus. I found that it helped with my breathing, and continues to help to loosen the phlegm.
So basically, I have found that it helps me, but it may not work for everyone.
