Found a picture to add to my earlier reply to Don’s brilliant rhyme on Monday, The Dosette
Before putting the tablets into the separate daily compartments for the week, I open up a checkered tea-towel onto the table then lay out the full weeks requirement in daily columns using the squares before filling the box 1 day at a time.

Ackshully, having so many pills and tablets lying totally unfettered on a tea towel on my desk strikes fear in my heart. I could easily absentmindedly pick that towel up and do the washing up whilst Midge munches away at my weeks supply on the floor.
The towel will be good to stop pills jumping about whilst I load up though. My dosette consists of 7 individual long boxes with 5 separate compartments to each box covered by one sliding lid with the day marked on it. With all the lids off all seven boxes placed one above the other gives me a pattern similar to your tea towel to deal with each box of pills.
I also have a wide range of daily medications, some to take in the morning & some in the evening so I use a different box for AM & PM. As well as Amazon, you can normally buy dosette boxes in the larger chemist shops like Lloyds & Boots.
