....................................A therapeutic day
Yesterday I arose bright and early(9.30am).I had breakfast in the garden. Cut the lawn and trimmed the edges, dead headed some flowers, and a general tidy up. I then had a cup of frothy coffee and watched the bees ,butterflies and birds going about their daily business. After a light lunch in the sun and the cool breeze, I took Badger down to Stoke Bardolph by the banks of the river Trent for his daily outing. When I came home I had a nap(2hours) before greeting four family members who had come for Sunday Dinner. My great nephew ,of 18 months, kept me amused with his antics and cute smile. My great 10 year old niece joined us having just completed 5 kilometres of the Walk For Life, sponsorship????.A lovely time was had by all. A big thanks to my adorable wife for cooking such a lovely meal with fresh vegetables from the garden. Oh yes, I do do credit where credit is due!
To finish the day off I came onto my computer to see what was happening On HealthUnlocked .Low and behold, what a pleasant surprise to see all the posts and comments that there were on the various categorise
