There is one product that is 100 percent chemical free and does a fantastic job at removing all odors.it is called bamboo charcoal air purify bags they sell them at Walmart for 17 dollars telling my landlady to get them tomorrow,just trying to help,breath easy peace

I am glad you found a solution.....I will check to see if you can get them here.

I have tried dishes of bicarbonate of soda to try and absorb smells....best remedy for me is to open the window, but my neighbours are remodelling their house and garden so the air outside is full of dust and fumes . So that's no go at the moment.

My late parents house was full of plug ins.....I would go around putting them in layers of plastic bags and sealing them until I went home. My neighbour has those reed diffusers and they affect my breathing too.
