Please can you tell me how you keep your inhalers at the correct temperature.

The inhalers I am on are fostair, salbutamol and titropium.

None of them should be stored above

25 degrees but can't seem to get the temperature down in the house yet after the very hot weather.

How do you all manage. Thank you

Keep in a cool cupboard , out of direct sunlight, heaters etc If your struggling to find a place during warm weather try maybe cupboard under your sink,

Keeping in a sealed box may help .

You took the words right out of my mouth there, Don! I'm thinking, 'Flipping heck, mine are on the kitchen worktop - possibly the hottest place in my bungalow! I keep the spares in a cupboard, but need to have a rethink about the ones that are in use.xx Moy

To be honest I always keep mine in the fridge. Better make sure I am doing right. I remember reading about keeping under a certain temperature but read nothing about a lower temperature. Brian

Both Fostair and Trimbow are kept refrigerated until issued but there is nor definite instruction to keep refrigerated after opening. However, my last Trimbow didn't behave as it should have, recording the puffs yet there seemed to be nothing coming out. Luckily I had another but since then I have kept it in the fridge and had no problems.

I know about keeping them below 25 degrees but didn't do that when we had high temperatures at the beginning of the week and didn't seem to have any problem. Temperatures where I live are down again now. I have often wondered what people do in countries where temperatures are regularly high for prolonged periods.

I just have mine by my bed ( Fostair) & Salbutamol in my bag. I never really considered the heat issue as it’s rare that hot x
