i posted on throat and nose congestion but i have observed today if i eat sugar food my mucus is becoming more and it is clear wite frothy bulbed mucus.

my problem started wen i was buying packed of sweets ........one day ate chocolate sweets following morning mucus issue starts......

second observation in high temperature mucus become thick and same in cold environment
